Conversions of AFP to Xerox
COPI provides assistance or full conversion of legacy Xerox applications to Advanced Function Print (AFP) architecture. COPI's consultants can convert all font libraries and install the AFP software to insure compatibility. COPI provides the expertise to resolve any compatibility issues and identify solutions to enable the new AFP applications to be printed exactly as they were on legacy Xerox printers.

Print, Insert, and Mail Automation
COPI Automated Mailing Specialists will work with print, insert, and mail staff, as well as specific vendor technical representatives, to:
. Evaluate the existing print, insert, and mail operations
. Provide recommendations for improving throughput and other operating efficiencies in the environment
. Interface directly with selected mailroom automation vendors in evaluating a variety of products
. Interface directly with US Postal Service representatives to ensure compliance with USPS regulations
. Create technical requirements documents for application developers for implementing mailroom automation solutions

Virtual Output Analyst
COPI Support Personnel will provide remote or on-site technical or management level support to Clients who need assistance and choose not to maintain a trained staff of their own. COPI will perform all Output Management tasks on behalf of the Client on either a full- or part-time basis. This support includes:
. Help line services. Clients can call a help line number (or by direct e-mail) to receive assistance in any aspect of Output Management.
. Dial-in support services. Clients who would like to have technical functions performed on their systems may allow COPI personnel to use remote dial-up procedures to access and update their systems.
